Password Rules
• Length must be between 8 and 15 characters.
• Cannot contain the username or spaces.
• Must contain 1 or more of the following characters: ~!@#$%^&*()_+
• Must contain 1 or more numbers.
• Must contain 1 or more lowercase letter.
• Must contain 1 or more uppercase letter.
