Login Questions
Click the Register for a Username link. Enter the required fields on each page and submit the request. You will receive an email with your new username when the account is set up. Then click the Set Your Password link and follow the instructions.
Remember Me Questions
Remember Me allows you to log in without having to enter your username and password each time. To use it, enter your username and password then check the Remember Me box and click the Login button. The next time you log in, the information will be filled in and you just need to click the Login button.
This function uses cookies that are stored on your computer. Note that your password is not stored in the cookies. If you use more than one computer and/or browser, you will need to set the Remember Me function individually with each computer/browser.
You can only set Remember Me for one account per computer/browser. However you can still log in with the other account using your password. To do this, change the entry in the Username field. The Password and Remember Me box will be cleared for you.
Uncheck the Remember Me box, enter your password then log in as usual. All Remember Me information will be removed on that computer. If you have set Remember Me on more than one computer, the other computers will not be affected.
Change or Reset your password on one of the computers. It is recommended you do this if you suspect unauthorized access with your account.
If you changed your password on a different computer or browser, your Remember Me information will be invalidated but there will be cookies left on the other computers/browsers. If this did occur, just log in normally with your password and the cookies will be cleaned up for you. However, if you did not change your password, it is possible that unauthorized access with your account occurred. In that case, please contact us at the information provided in the message.
